Account Comparison

  • The account can be shared by employees in the same office. Simultaneous access is allowed from one IP address.
  • All employees have access to the same cranes and lift plans.
  • A Standard Account can be upgraded to a Corporate Account at any time.
  • Who should use this type of account?
    • Individual users.
    • Companies with a small number of people located in the same office who don't need access to the account from outside the office.
  • Multiple employees can log in from any location.
  • The number of simultaneous logins allowed is determined by the number of seats purchased (see above).
  • All employees have access to the same cranes.
  • Each employee can have their own lift plans, or lift plans can be shared between all employees.
  • All employees have access to each other's 3D Objects. If one person buys an object, everyone in the company can use it in their Lift Plans.
  • Employees can have their own individual login name and password, or the same login name can be shared by everyone.
  • Who should use this type of account?
    • Companies with multiple employees that will require simultaneous access to the account.
    • Companies that have sales people who need access from remote locations.
  • Same benefits as Corporate Account, plus...

To upgrade to a Corporate Account, go to your "My Account" page, then click the "Account Information" link, then follow the instructions on the right side of the screen under the "Corporate Account Information" header.

There are two different types of Corporate Accounts. The differences between these two options are shown below...
Corporate Account Details and Setup Instructions
You can access all the Corporate Account settings from the "Account Information" link on the "My Account" page.
  Shared-Login Corporate Account Individual-Login Corporate Account
All users share Cranes: Yes Yes
All users share Lift Plans: Yes Optional
All users share Credits: Yes Optional
All users share 3D Objects: Yes Yes
Details: All employees log in using the same username and password. All users share cranes, lift plans, credits, and 3D objects. Each employee will have their own username and password, but will share cranes and 3D objects. The account administrator has the option to allow users to share lift plans and credits.
Administrator Setup: The following settings can be changed on your "Account Information" page:
  • "Allow users to purchase 3D Objects with Administrator's credits" - Check this box to allow your employees to use Credits in your Administrator's account to purchase 3D Objects. If un-checked, users will not be able to purchase 3D Objects... only the account administrator will be able to.
  • "User Password" - This is the password you will provide to all your employees so they can access the account. It should be different from your password, which provides access to the Administrator settings.
The following settings can be changed on your "Account Information" page:
  • "Share lift plans between all users" - Check this box to allow all your employees to have access to each other's Lift Plans. If un-checked, each user will have their own set of Lift Plans that only they have access to.
  • "Allow users to purchase 3D Objects with Administrator's credits" - Check this box to allow your employees to use Credits in your Administrator's account to purchase 3D Objects. If un-checked, users will be able to purchase their own credits.
  • "User List" - This is where you provide a list of usernames that can access your corporate account. Your employees must create their own account, but you need to add them to this list before they can acquire access to the corporate account. You must also provide them with your username. You can remove usernames from the list at any time.
User Setup: All users log in with the same username/password, which should be provided by the account administrator. No further setup is required.

All users will share the settings that the account administrator has chosen.

Go to the "Getting Started" page for more detailed instructions on setting up user accounts, but skip Step 1 for Shared-Login accounts. Users do not need to create a new account.
All users must create their own account, then connect to the Corporate Account from the "Account Information" page. You will need the Corporate User Name, which should be provided by your account administrator. Your account administrator also needs to add your username to their list before you can join the corporate account.

All users will be able to save their own account preferences.
