Flue Gas Cooler

Mansfield Crane Service lifted this flue gas cooler during a maintenance shutdown. We needed to lift it out of the building and over de-energized electric lines and then lay it over using a second crane. A new unit was delivered and the process to install it was done in reverse order.
We were able to explain the complexity and constraints of the job to the customer by using the 3D Lift Plan to show the order of steps to demonstrate the lift process. The customer was very pleased with the presentation and follow through with accomplishing the job.
