Camp Hill High School - RTU Replacement

Iron Stag Crane was chosen for this project because of, among other things, our attention to detail in the project bidding process.
The project called for replacement of 70 Rooftop Units on a school that was occupied by other trades.
By importing a satellite view into 3D Lift Plan, we were quickly able to determine the required crane size and optimal crane setup location.
In 3D Lift Plan, this process is quick and efficient.
The basic lift layout provided with the proposal absolutely contributed to Iron Stag being considered for the project.
Once awarded the construction manager asked us if we could show project phasing on our lift plan.
We accommodated this request by color coding the units that were going to be replaced for each day.
By showing this on the lift plan, they were easily able to see which areas of the school would need to be barricaded off for each corresponding day.
The CM couldn’t believe how much this helped the process of scheduling multiple trades without disrupting workflow and production.
